Job Title: Food & Beverage (F&B;) Manager Department: Food & Beverage Location : Bhilwara, Rajasthan Reports To: General Manager / Hotel Manager Job Summary: The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, productive operations, and profitability. This role manages the operations while maintaining quality, hygiene, and service standards. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of all F&B; outlets.

Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise F&B; staff. Develop and monitor departmental budgets and control food and beverage costs. Coordinate with the Executive Chef on menu planning, pricing, and promotions.

Monitor inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.



Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly. Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue.

Maintain quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field. 2–8 years of experience in food & beverage operations, including supervisory or managerial experience. Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and budgeting. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
