Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Food & Beverage Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hotels and premium restaurants . The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and hospitality for a prestigious client.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, courteous service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.




- Serve food and beverages in accordance with luxury hotel service standards.
- Set up, maintain, and clear tables while ensuring the dining area remains clean and presentable.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per luxury hospitality guidelines.
- Assist with buffet, banquet, and special event service as required.
- Ensure proper handling of restaurant equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or premium restaurants .
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and guest-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards and etiquette.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and commitment to delivering world-class guest experiences.
