The F&B; Service Executive is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests while ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering professional customer service in accordance with hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns.
- Prepare and arrange tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, service stations, and dining areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely order delivery.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Handle guest bills and payments accurately when required.
- Assist in buffet setup and banquet service as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
