Role Description The Food and Beverage Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in Sawai Madhopur. This role involves supporting daily restaurant and bar operations, including assisting with food preparation, setting up dining areas, and serving meals and beverages to guests. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food service areas.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage handling, with attention to hygiene and safety standards.




- Experience in Food Service and Customer Service, ensuring courteous, efficient, and guest-focused support.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a quick-paced hospitality environment.
- Prior experience in hotels, resorts, or restaurants is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training may be provided.
- Capability to stand for extended periods, carry trays or supplies safely, and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
- Basic understanding of food safety practices; formal certification in food handling or hospitality is an advantage.
