Role Description The Florist role at True Flowers is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The Florist will design and create flower arrangements for daily orders, events, and special occasions, ensuring each arrangement meets brand standards and customer expectations.

Day-to-day tasks include selecting and preparing flowers, maintaining inventory, caring for plants and floral stock, and keeping the workspace clean and organized. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs, providing recommendations,



and processing orders and payments. The Florist will also assist with decorative setups for events, collaborate with the team on new designs, and support visual merchandising in the store.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Flower Arrangements and Floral Design skills for creating diverse bouquets and event pieces.
- Candidates should possess Creativity Skills to develop unique concepts and adapt designs to customer preferences and occasions.
