Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Flexo Printing Operator role based in Coimbatore.

The Flexo Printing

Operator will set up, operate, and monitor flexographic printing machines to produce teabag tags and envelopes according to production specifications and quality standards. Daily tasks include preparing plates and inks, adjusting machine settings, loading materials, performing test runs, and maintaining consistent print quality throughout the production run. The role involves conducting routine equipment checks,



basic troubleshooting, and coordinating with production and quality teams to ensure schedules are met and customer requirements are fulfilled. The operator is also responsible for following safety procedures, maintaining a clean work area, and accurately documenting production data.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Print Production and Printing to manage high-volume, quality-controlled packaging jobs.
- Candidates should possess skills to handle routine machine setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting.
- Experience operating flexographic printing machines or similar industrial printing equipment is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of color matching, print quality checks, and basic maintenance of printing machinery is beneficial.
- Ability to follow technical instructions, production plans, and safety guidelines with strong attention to detail.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in printing technology or related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules and collaborate with cross-functional production teams.
