? Hiring: Fleet & Transport Coordinator – Film Production
People Media Factory is looking for a Fleet & Transport Coordinator to manage approximately 20 vehicles and drivers supporting film production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle allocation & driver coordination
- KM, fuel & maintenance tracking
- Driver & vehicle documentation
- Production transportation & location movements
- Vendor coordination & emergency support
- Maintaining records using MS Excel
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in Fleet, Transport, Logistics, Events, Media, or Production Operations
- Knowledge of vehicle documentation, fuel tracking & driver management
- Good coordination skills and ability to work under pressure
- Telugu & Hindi preferred; basic English
- Adaptable to work early mornings, late nights & weekends
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma
Experience: 3–6 Years
