Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain Apptio Cloudability integration into Flowsource so engineering cost data is platform-visible.

- Govern Morpheus workplace provisioning workflows guardrails, approval routing, environment lifecycle.

- Build and run the platform-ROI report — adoption KPIs, productivity gains, cost-avoidance, set against subscription cost.

- Monitor token consumption against the agreed envelope; flag drift early enough to renegotiate, expand, or right-size.

- Identify cost anomalies that hint at adoption issues — over-provisioned environments, idle resources, abandoned components.

- Co-own the quarterly business review pack with the FDE Lead, focusing on the commercial / value-realisation half.





- Liaise with the Cognizant account commercial team on subscription renewals, capacity changes, and FDE rate-card alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years in FinOps, cloud cost management, or platform governance roles.

- Hands-on experience with Apptio Cloudability or equivalent (CloudHealth, AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management at depth).

- Strong financial literacy — understands subscription, consumption, and rate-card commercial constructs.

- Executive reporting skill — distils numbers into decisions.

- Familiarity with Morpheus or comparable cloud management platforms helpful.
