Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and execute all finishing works including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, polishing, false ceiling, joinery, and faade works.

- Ensure all finishing activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality control.

- Identify and resolve site issues related to finishing works.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at site.

- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project timelines.

- Review and verify contractor bills related to finishing work.





- Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants for execution of finishing details.

- Ensure proper material planning, usage, and wastage control.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
