Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to join our Finance Shared Services team. The role involves Financial & Management Accounting, Management Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting, Month-End Closing, Cost Analysis, Financial Planning, and Performance Steering. The ideal candidate should possess robust accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, SAP exposure, and excellent analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Prepare accounting entries for accruals, prepayments, intercompany transactions, asset capitalization, write-offs, and other journal entries.
- Reconcile accounting records with financial ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
- Support intercompany billing, cost allocations, and coordination with global finance teams.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial, cost, and headcount reports for senior management.
- Support Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, and Business Reviews.
- Develop financial models and management reports to support business decisions.
- Prepare presentations for senior leadership and management reviews.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting while maintaining audit compliance.
- Assist auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders by providing required financial information.




- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
- Participate in UAT, system enhancements, and reporting tool upgrades.
- Maintain process documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team.

- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and management reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with global teams and manage multiple priorities.
