About the Role

We are looking for high-performing professionals with 1-3 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD), Transaction Services, Audit, or related fields to join our growing team. This is a highly client-facing, front-end role that provides exposure to Private Equity investors, Corporate Acquirers, and Management Teams across a wide range of M&A; transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, buy-outs, and strategic investments.

The role offers an opportunity to work in multi-disciplinary teams on complex and high-profile transactions while developing solid financial analysis, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform detailed financial analysis and interpret data to identify key business drivers, trends, risks, and transaction-related issues.
- Execute financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Undertake smaller assignments independently or support larger engagements under the guidance of Managers and Partners.




- Assess the accuracy, completeness, and reasonableness of financial information provided by clients and targets.
- Liaise directly with clients, target company management, and third parties to obtain information and resolve anomalies.
- Prepare and review Financial Due Diligence reports, including analysis of earnings, working capital, cash flows, debt, and key commercial insights.
- Participate in client meetings, management discussions, and transaction processes as a key member of the deal team.
- Build strong working relationships and establish credibility with clients and target management teams.
- Support proposal preparation, presentations, pitch documents, and business development initiatives.
- Assist in mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Prepare engagement letters while demonstrating a strong understanding of risk management and professional standards.
- Contribute to team development, knowledge sharing, and overall team culture.
