We are seeking a Consultant Finance Transformation with 3+ years of experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) transformation and project management support.

The ideal candidate should be able to work as an independent consultant on client engagements, supporting process diagnostics, current-state assessment, future-state design, project governance, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of high-quality transformation outputs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end RTR projects, ensuring on-time, quality delivery as independent consultant and managing the project.
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable plans.
- Manage project scope, risks, change management strategies and timelines using project management tools such as JIRA, Service now, Microsoft Project etc
- Oversee key phases blueprint, testing, cutover, and go-live — with effective stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with system integrators and vendors, ensuring deliverables meet defined SLAs.
- Drive change management, governance, and user adoption for successful transitions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance Transformation, preferably with exposure to Record-to-Report (R2R) process improvement or transformation initiatives.




- Working understanding of R2R areas such as journal entry, account reconciliations, financial close, intercompany, reporting, controls, and process governance.
- Experience in process mapping, current-state assessment, gap analysis, future-state design, requirements documentation, and preparation of client-ready deliverables.
- Exposure to project management activities including workplan tracking, action-item follow-up, RAID log maintenance, meeting coordination, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Basic knowledge of ERP or digital finance platforms such as SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, process mining, automation, or reporting tools will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, business writing, and PowerPoint / Excel skills.
