We are looking for a Finance Manager with 4–10 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably from the real estate or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.

- Handle cash flow management, budgeting, and variance analysis.

- Monitor project-wise costs, expenses, profitability, and financial performance.

- Manage accounts payable, receivables, collections, and vendor payments.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA, and other statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other stakeholders.

- Manage bank reconciliations, working capital, and treasury activities.





- Support project accounting and financial reporting.

- Lead and manage the finance and accounting team.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

- Experience in project accounting and financial analysis.

- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and RERA compliance.

- Solid Excel and ERP skills.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry will be preferred.
