1. Financial Management

- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

- Ensure effective cash flow management and working capital optimization.

- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost control across all plants.

- Review financial performance and recommend corrective actions.

- Maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

1. Taxation &
- Statutory Compliance

- Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.

- Reconcile GST input and output tax credits.

- Coordinate with tax consultants and statutory authorities during assessments and audits.

- Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.

1. Invoice Booking &
- Accounts Management

- Verify and book vendor invoices accurately and on time.

- Ensure proper purchase order (PO), goods receipt (GRN), and invoice matching.

- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Follow up on outstanding customer payments and vendor reconciliations.

- Ensure timely processing of employee reimbursements and expense claims.

1. Contract Review

- Review customer, vendor, and service agreements from a financial and commercial perspective.

- Identify financial risks, payment terms, tax implications, and commercial liabilities.

- Coordinate with legal and operations teams before contract execution.

- Ensure contracts align with company financial policies and objectives.

1. Financial Decision Support

- Provide financial analysis for strategic and operational decision-making.

- Evaluate capital expenditure (CapEx)



proposals and investment opportunities.

- Conduct cost-benefit and profitability analysis for new projects, products, and customers.

- Support pricing decisions through cost analysis and margin evaluation.

- Advise management on financial risks and opportunities.

1. Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance &
- Accounts team.

- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.

- Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and company policies.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.

- Build a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

1. MIS &
- Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Present Management Information System (MIS) reports to senior management.

- Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective measures.

- Develop dashboards for sales, production costs, inventory, receivables, and profitability.

1. Cost Control &
- Inventory Management

- Monitor manufacturing costs, raw material consumption, packaging costs, and operational expenses.

- Ensure inventory valuation and stock reconciliation are accurate.





- Work closely with procurement and operations to reduce wastage and improve cost efficiency.

- Monitor production cost per bottle and recommend optimization initiatives.

1. Audit &
- Internal Controls

- Coordinate statutory, internal, GST, and tax audits.

- Establish and monitor robust internal financial controls.

- Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready.

- Implement corrective actions based on audit findings.

1. Banking &
- Treasury Management

- Manage banking relationships and credit facilities.

- Oversee fund management and cash flow planning.

- Handle bank reconciliations, payments, and financial transactions.

- Ensure optimal utilization of working capital and banking limits.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely completion of monthly financial closing.

- Zero major statutory compliance deviations.

- Accuracy of financial reporting and MIS.

- Improvement in cash flow and working capital.

- Reduction in outstanding receivables.

- Budget adherence and cost optimization.

- Successful completion of audits with minimal observations.

- Team productivity and development.

Skills &

- Competencies

- Strong financial planning and analysis skills.

- Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

- Knowledge of manufacturing accounting and inventory costing.
