We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with 10-15 years of experience in the apparel export industry to manage finance and accounting operations while ensuring statutory and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Finance &
- Accounts operations.

- Ensure Statutory &

- Legal Compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Companies Act, etc.).

- Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets and financial statements.

- Handle Bank Reconciliations and cash flow management.

- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

- Monitor budgeting, internal controls, and month-end/year-end financial closing.

Requirements

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

- 1015 years of experience in an Apparel Export House.

- Strong knowledge of Finance &
- Accounts, Statutory &
- Legal Compliance.

- Expertise in Bank Reconciliations, MIS Reporting, and Balance Sheet Finalization.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and Advanced MS Excel.

- Robust analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
