Position: Finance Manager

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Finance & Accounts department and manage end-to-end financial operations.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.

Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies.

Handle financial planning, MIS reporting, and business analysis for management.

Manage payroll accounting, vendor payments, receivables, and treasury operations.

Develop cost control strategies to improve profitability.

Support management in strategic financial decision-making.

Required Skills

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

Robust knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax & Financial Compliance.

Expertise in Budgeting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;).

Experience in Audit, Cost Control & Cash Flow Management.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹175,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
