Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate with site teams, and ensure the smooth execution of work. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, be capable of managing manpower and site activities, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day field operations and ensure smooth execution of assigned work.

- Coordinate with project sites, plant teams, and management to ensure timely completion of operational activities.

- Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, and productivity at project sites.

- Ensure timely delivery and proper utilization of construction materials.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and maintain quality standards.

- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Logistics, and Site Teams to ensure seamless operations.

- Prepare and submit daily work progress reports to the management.

- Identify operational issues on-site and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and basic workplace safety practices.

- Maintain records related to site activities, manpower, and material movement.

- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

- Perform other operational responsibilities assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications





- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).

- Additional certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2-3 years of experience in field supervision, site operations, or project coordination.

- Experience in the construction, precast concrete, building materials, manufacturing, or infrastructure industry will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Robust leadership and team coordination abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and project sites.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

- Ability to prepare daily reports and maintain operational records.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
