Key Responsibilities: 1.

Machine Installations & Maintenance:

- Install and configure machines in the designated regions as assigned by the company.
- Ensure proper setup, calibration, and functionality of machines at client locations.
- Conduct periodic maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime. 1.

User Training & Support:

- Train end-users in banks and financial institutions on machine functionalities and best practices.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and guidance to ensure smooth machine operations.
- Address customer queries and offer technical support when needed. 1.

Service Level

Agreement (SLA) Management

- Ensure adherence to SLA commitments for service response and resolution times.
- Monitor and report machine performance,



maintenance activities, and service requests.
- Work closely with the support team to escalate and resolve critical technical issues efficiently.

Requirements

- Experience: Prior experience in machine installation, field service, or technical support (preferably in banking/financial hardware).
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance.
- Soft Skills: Solid communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to client locations as per company requirements.
