Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role located in Tirunelveli.

The Field Sales

Executive will be responsible for visiting retailers, distributors, and other customers to promote and sell the company’s dairy products, ensuring product visibility and availability in the assigned territory. Daily tasks include identifying current business opportunities, negotiating orders and pricing within company guidelines, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collecting market feedback, monitoring competitor activities, coordinating with the production and logistics teams for timely deliveries,



and maintaining accurate records of sales visits and customer interactions.

The Field Sales

Executive will build long-term relationships with customers and represent the brand professionally in all field activities.

Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify leads, close deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.

Basic knowledge of the dairy or FMCG sector, with an understanding of local market dynamics in Tirunelveli and surrounding areas.

Ability to plan daily routes, manage time efficiently, and work independently in the field.

Proficiency in maintaining simple sales reports and using mobile or digital tools for recording customer data.

Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Prior experience in field sales or distribution (preferably in dairy or FMCG) is highly desirable.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours as needed to meet customer and business requirements.
