Key Responsibilities
- Visit hotels, resorts, homestays, and other hospitality establishments to introduce Mettle Tech's software solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable PMS and POS solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the implementation and support teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales activity updates to the reporting manager.
Requirements
- 12th Passed or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field visits.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- A two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in field sales, B2B sales, or software/SaaS sales.
- Prior experience in selling hospitality or hotel management solutions is an advantage.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
