Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Jetpur, Gujarat, India.

The Field Sales

Executive will visit textile mills, processing houses, and printing units to promote DMK Ventures’ guar gum powder and printing thickeners, understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products.

Responsibilities include generating recent business, managing existing accounts, conducting product demonstrations and trials, and following up on inquiries to close sales.



The role also involves coordinating order processing and delivery with internal teams, tracking market trends and competitor activities, and preparing regular sales reports. The Executive will maintain professional relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support after-sales service where needed.

Qualifications

- Proven ability in field sales or business development, preferably in textiles, chemicals, or printing-related products.
- Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of textile printing processes and willingness to learn product technical details.
- Comfort with on-site client meetings, frequent local travel within Jetpur, and field-based work.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in maintaining sales records, using mobile/desktop productivity tools, and preparing reports.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Technology, or a related field is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local languages along with English communication skills is beneficial.
- Prior experience dealing with textile mills or processing houses will be considered a strong plus.
