You will scout high-density local hotspots, conduct spot interviews, and rapid-track candidate onboarding Source candidates through field visits, local networking, community events, walk-in drives, and job fairs Build relationships with local organizations, training institutes, and community groups to maintain a steady talent pipeline.. Manage interview schedules with hiring managers and assist with initial documentation or verification.
