About the Project The Digital Pathshala Project is an initiative focused on transforming government schools through AI-enabled smart classrooms, digital learning solutions, and technology-driven education. The project aims to improve learning outcomes by working closely with schools, teachers, students, and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned schools regularly to monitor project implementation.
- Build solid relationships with school principals, teachers, and students.
- Conduct orientation sessions and interact with teachers and students to ensure effective utilization of digital learning solutions.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of smart classroom equipment and coordinate with the technical support team for issue resolution.
- Conduct field surveys, assessments, and collect implementation data.
- Coordinate with vendors for installation, maintenance, and timely service delivery.
- Track project progress and submit daily, weekly, and monthly field reports.
- Communicate with education department officials and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth execution of project activities according to timelines.
- Verify infrastructure readiness and support classroom setup activities.
- Maintain documentation, photographs, attendance records, and implementation evidence.
- Escalate field challenges and recommend practical solutions.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Basic technical knowledge to troubleshoot digital devices and classroom equipment.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently in field environments.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Social Work, Management, Engineering, or related fields preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in field operations, education projects, NGO programs, CSR initiatives, or project coordination.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and willingness to travel may also apply.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).
