Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru for a Field Marketing & Hospital Referral Associate in a healthcare setting. The associate will plan and execute field marketing activities to build brand awareness and drive patient referrals from clinics, hospitals, and healthcare partners.

Daily responsibilities include identifying and nurturing referral sources, conducting regular outreach visits, organizing small events or information sessions, and maintaining strong relationships with medical professionals and community organizations.



The role involves tracking leads, reporting on referral performance, supporting hospital campaigns, and providing clear communication about hospital services to stakeholders. The associate will collaborate closely with the hospital administration, clinical teams, and marketing staff to ensure referral objectives are met and patient access to services is improved.

Qualifications

- Strong field marketing and hospital referral skills, including experience in Field Marketing and Market Planning.
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and Sales within healthcare or service-based environments.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with healthcare professionals, patients, and community partners.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships, with strong interpersonal and networking capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospital marketing, medical liaison, or healthcare business development is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site, traveling within the city, and managing time efficiently in a field-based role.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and sensitivity when dealing with mental health services.
