? Open Positions: 1️⃣ Cluster In-Charge ? Locations: Sangod, Kota, Tibbi, Hanumangarh

? Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Responsibilities: – Lead farmer mobilization and engagement.

– Manage biomass collection activities.

– Supervise field teams and daily operations.

– Ensure project targets are achieved on time.

2️⃣ Field Executive ? Locations: Sangod, Kota, Tibbi, Hanumangarh

? Salary: Rs 15,000 – Rs 17,000 per month

? Vacancies:



2 Positions at each location

Responsibilities: Support farmer mobilization activities.

Assist in biomass aggregation and collection.

Coordinate with village-level stakeholders.

Conduct regular field visits and farmer follow-ups.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

- Local candidates will be preferred.
- Experience in agriculture, procurement, FPOs, rural operations, or biomass collection is an advantage.
- Must own a personal bike with a valid driving licence.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
