Job Title: Field Acquisition Executive

Location: Field-based Location in India ( Bengaluru, Ranchi and Bodh Gaya )

Job Summary The Field Acquisition Executive will be responsible for promoting the Meelte app in the assigned area, acquiring new users and business partners, and increasing awareness of the Meelte platform through direct field engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Visit markets, shops, educational institutions, and public places to promote the Meelte app.

Encourage individuals to download, register, and actively use the Meelte app.

Approach shop owners and business establishments to download the app and create business profiles and advertisements.

Educate users about Meelte's features, including public and private event creation.

Assist users and businesses with app installation and onboarding.





Generate leads for advertisements, events, and business partnerships.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition targets.

Submit field activity and performance reports to the reporting manager.

Requirements

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with field travel and customer interaction.

Basic smartphone knowledge.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Preferred Skills

Sales, marketing, or field promotion experience.

Knowledge of the local market and local language.

Compensation: Salary + Incentives + Travel Allowance (as per company policy)
