Job Title: Female Sales Executive Company: Ganesh Decor Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur Job Type: Full-Time About Us Ganesh Decor is a trusted name in home décor and interior solutions, specializing in curtains, blinds, wallpapers, flooring, and other interior décor products. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Female Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in visits. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable décor products and solutions. Generate new sales leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until order closure. Visit customer locations for product presentations, site visits and sales meetings. Meet architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients to generate business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Coordinate with the operations and installation teams for smooth order execution. Maintain accurate customer records and update sales data in the CRM or Excel.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Resolve customer queries professionally and provide after-sales support when required.



Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and ongoing promotional offers.

Eligibility

Female candidates only.

Minimum qualification: Graduate 1–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, business development, or customer service is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel). Willingness to travel locally within Jaipur for customer visits and meetings.

Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities. Confidence in handling both in-store and field sales activities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
