Responsible for sheet metal forming simulations using PAMSTAMP to support product development, tooling design, manufacturability assessment and production issue resolution for automotive components.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop forming simulation models in PAMSTAMP.
- Perform meshing, material card assignment and load case setup.
- Conduct forming, thinning, wrinkling, failure and springback analysis.
- Validate simulation results against tryout and production data.
- Support die design, tooling optimization and manufacturing issue resolution.
- Prepare technical reports and engineering recommendations.
- Collaborate with design, tooling, manufacturing and supplier teams globally.
- Drive continuous improvement and simulation best practices.

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing or Production Engineering.
