Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant Internship role based in Dehra Dun. The intern will assist clients in selecting outfits and accessories that align with their personal style, occasion, and budget, while promoting sustainable fashion choices. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting style consultations, coordinating fittings, managing garment selections and returns, and maintaining visual merchandising standards in the studio.

The role also involves supporting online order preparation, ensuring accurate product information,



and collaborating with the operations team to keep inventory organized and presentable. The intern will engage with customers in person, provide exceptional service, and share knowledge about designer wear, fabric care, and the benefits of fashion rental.

Qualifications

Strong interest in fashion styling, trends, and designer wear; ability to advise clients on outfits and accessories for various occasions.

Customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and offer thoughtful recommendations.

Attention to detail and basic organizational skills for managing fittings, orders, returns, and studio presentation.

Comfort working in a quick-paced retail or studio environment, including evenings or weekends as required.

Clear and professional communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.

Demonstrated interest in sustainable fashion, circular economy, or environmentally conscious practices.

Basic familiarity with digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, or inventory software); willingness to learn internal systems.

Formal education in fashion, design, merchandising, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; prior internship or retail experience is a plus.
