Job Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and technically robust Failure Mode / Product Performance Engineer to support product reliability, failure analysis, and performance improvement initiatives. The role focuses on developing historical failure databases, analyzing product performance trends, conducting root cause investigations, leveraging AI-driven analytics for predictive insights, and supporting cross-functional engineering teams in driving product quality and reliability improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong automotive engineering background, knowledge of OEM product development processes, combustion engine fundamentals, and experience in reliability engineering, data analysis, and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau Technical Skills (Must Have) - Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA)
