Role Overview

SIRE is looking for a passionate and experienced Faculty member who can deliver high-quality, industry-relevant learning experiences to our students. The ideal candidate will be a true domain expert who can not only teach but also mentor learners, contribute to curriculum design, and represent SIRE at academic and industry forums.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver 9 to 18 hours of teaching and activity-based sessions per week, ensuring engaging and outcomedriven learning experiences.

- Coordinate closely with fellow faculty members and visiting industry experts on the planning and delivery of the curriculum.

- Identify and resolve academic and learning issues faced by enrolled students / learners in a timely manner.

- Guide and mentor learners to support their overall growth, development, and career readiness.

- Assist the Head of Academics / Academic Director in developing curriculum for recent and upcoming courses.

- Actively participate in, and where required lead, academic events, seminars, workshops, and conferences.

- Stay current with industry trends and continuously bring real-world, practical insights into the classroom.

Qualifications

- Minimum 4 to 7 years of relevant industry experience in the relevant domain.

- Demonstrated subject-matter expertise with the ability to translate real-world experience into effective, structured teaching.

- Strong communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.

- A collaborative mindset to work with fellow faculty, visiting experts, and academic leadership.

- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience will be an added advantage, though not mandatory.
