Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical sessions in Graphic Design.

- Explain design concepts through demonstrations and hands-on exercises.

- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and training materials.

- Guide students on projects and portfolio development.

- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

- Maintain student attendance and academic progress records.

- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth course delivery.

Required Skills

- Valuable understanding of graphic design fundamentals.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Adobe InDesign.

- Knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition.

- Basic understanding of branding and digital design.





- Good communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline.

Experience

- 1–4 years of relevant industry or teaching experience preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Adobe XD or Figma.

- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or classroom instruction is an advantage.

- Ability to guide students on practical assignments and portfolio creation.

Work Location: Midnapore, West Bengal

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
