We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager for our Bought Leaf Unit.
This role requires hands-on expertise in CTC tea processing and prior work experience in a Bought Leaf Tea Factory. Candidates without this specific experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Bought Leaf tea processing unit
- Manage CTC processing lines for quality and efficiency
- Coordinate green leaf procurement, withering, processing and dispatch
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and hygiene standards
- Lead and supervise factory staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CTC Tea Processing (mandatory)
- Prior experience working in a Bought Leaf Tea Factory (mandatory)
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Sound knowledge of tea manufacturing quality standards
