About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities in our Jari & Fancy Yarn manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing workers, monitoring production, maintaining quality standards, reducing wastage, and ensuring smooth factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Manage and coordinate factory workers, operators, and helpers.
- Monitor Jari and fancy yarn manufacturing processes and ensure smooth machine operations.
- Check production quality, yarn consistency, colour, finishing, and overall product standards.
- Monitor raw material usage and maintain proper stock levels.
- Minimize wastage, rejection, machine downtime,



and production losses.
- Maintain daily production records, worker attendance, material consumption, and wastage reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding production planning, urgent orders, and delivery schedules.
- Identify machine or production issues and coordinate with maintenance/technical staff for timely solutions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, discipline, and safety practices inside the factory.
- Train and guide workers to improve productivity and quality.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of yarn, Jari, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Maintain proper shift-wise production reports and communicate updates to management.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
