About the Company An architectural and interior design firm working across Interiors, Architecture, Virtual Reality, Turnkey Project Execution, Home Automation, Residential & Villa Construction, Retail Fit-outs, Hospitality and Office Projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day factory production and operations.
- Manage manpower, labour and production activities.
- Coordinate with designers, project teams, vendors and contractors.
- Ensure furniture/interior products are manufactured as per drawings and specifications.
- Read and understand AutoCAD/interior drawings.
- Monitor production schedules, material usage and inventory.
- Ensure quality,



finishing and timely completion of work.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain discipline, safety and housekeeping at the factory.
- Prepare daily production/progress reports and update management.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in interior, furniture, modular furniture or factory supervision.
- Experience in handling labour/manpower and production activities.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, furniture and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read architectural/interior drawings.
- Positive coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma/ITI/Graduate qualification preferred.

Preferred: Candidates from Interior/Furniture/Architectural execution backgrounds.
