About the Company An architectural and interior design planning firm working across Interiors, Architecture, Virtual Reality, Turnkey Project Execution, Home Automation, Residential & Villa Construction, Retail Fit-outs, Hospitality and Office Projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day factory store and inventory operations.
- Receive, inspect and record incoming materials.
- Maintain proper records of stock, inward/outward and material consumption.
- Issue materials to production/factory teams as per requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain proper storage, identification and organization of materials.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, project and accounts teams.
- Track wastage,



shortages, damages and material returns.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of GRN, material issue and return records.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and discipline within the store.

Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience as a Store Keeper / Store Executive, preferably in Interior, Furniture, Construction or Manufacturing.
- Valuable knowledge of inventory management and material handling.
- Experience handling materials such as plywood, MDF, laminates, hardware, wood, fittings, etc. will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory records.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage stock accurately and independently.
- Graduate/12th/Diploma preferred.
