Role & responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working workplace.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as supply chain, maintenance, and quality assurance, to resolve issues and improve overall operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyse production data and trends to make data-driven decisions and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage budgetary and financial aspects of factory operations, including cost control and budget planning.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among factory staff.
