Position: Assistant Manager- HR (Factory HR) || Candidates from WB

Language Requirement: Hindi is mandatory

Job Role:

Responsible for handling end-to-end administrative and factory support operations including workmen handling, factory administration, canteen management, hygiene management, field sourcing, and general office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle workmen coordination, attendance, discipline, and day-to-day workforce issues
- Manage factory administration activities and support plant operations
- Supervise canteen operations, vendor coordination, food quality, and hygiene standards
- Ensure factory hygiene, cleanliness, housekeeping, and safe working conditions
- Coordinate field sourcing for manpower, vendors, and administrative services
- Manage office and facility administration including housekeeping, security, and maintenance




- Coordinate with vendors, handle procurement, service contracts, and SLA monitoring
- Maintain records of assets, inventory, statutory registers, and administrative documents
- Provide administrative support to plant/office leadership
- Handle employee administrative queries and support audits and inspections

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline (Administration/Management preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in factory administration or similar role
- Experience in workmen handling and factory operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Basic knowledge of statutory compliance
- Hindi speaking is mandatory
- Candidates from West Bengal who are willing to relocate to Coimbatore
