Job Overview

We are looking for a Factory HR Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience to handle our factory human resource. The chosen candidate will manage both factory workers and corporate staff. You will oversee hiring, payroll, labour compliance, audits, and employee complaints.

Key Responsibilities

Factory and Employee Relations

- Manage both office staff and factory labor forces.
- Resolve worker complaints and maintain discipline on the floor.
- Oversee daily factory HR and shift schedules.

Hiring and Onboarding
- Recruit and interview office employees and factory workers.
- Issue offer letters and complete background checks.
- Run orientation programs for recent team members.

Attendance and Payroll
- Track daily biometric attendance, leaves, and overtime.




- Prepare accurate data for monthly salary processing.
- Run full payroll including deductions and final settlements.
- Verify accounts and ensure timely salary transfers.

Compliance, Audits, and Filings
- Manage PF, ESIC, bonus, gratuity, and tax compliance.
- File monthly PF and ESIC challans on time.
- Keep the facility ready for labor and safety audits.
- Submit required government paperwork and manage employee claims.

Candidate Requirements

- 7 to 10 years of experience in HR management.
- Must have previous experience working in a factory environment.
- Experience in furniture or interior companies is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and statutory filings.
- Skilled in using MS Excel and payroll software.
- Strong skills in communication and dispute resolution
