Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the commercial premises. Supervise housekeeping, security, technical, and landscaping teams. Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of MEP systems (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, Fire Fighting, etc.).
Monitor vendor performance and service quality. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and asset condition.
Plan manpower deployment and staff training. Ensure smooth functioning of all common area facilities and amenities.
