Job Summary The Facility Manager oversees all physical operations, maintenance, and cleanliness of the club premises. This role ensures a safe, fully operational, and premium workplace for all members and guests. The manager takes complete ownership of the property, coordinates daily repairs, and maintains the club's high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

- MEP & Maintenance: Supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems daily.

- Vendor Coordination: Manage external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.

- Daily Operations: Oversee routine upkeep, housekeeping, and immediate repair works.

- Member Relations: Resolve member complaints regarding facilities quickly and professionally.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in facility management or building maintenance.

- Strong technical understanding of MEP systems and vendor management.

- Excellent English communication skills to interact confidently with club members and management.
