About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Facility Executive to manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our 3-floor showroom. The ideal candidate should ensure that the showroom is clean, safe, well-maintained, and provides an excellent experience for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily inspections of all three showroom floors.
- Supervise housekeeping and ensure cleanliness and hygiene throughout the showroom.
- Monitor and coordinate maintenance of AC, electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, washrooms, CCTV, and other facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure customer areas, washrooms, drinking water, and waiting areas are always clean and fully functional.
- Maintain showroom infrastructure, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Perform routine safety checks and report maintenance issues to management.
- Maintain daily maintenance logs and reports.
- Handle emergency maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.




- Ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations and a high standard of customer experience.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Facility Management, Hotel Operations, Retail, Hospital, Mall, or Commercial Buildings.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC, and general maintenance.
- Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
- Positive communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & WhatsApp) is preferred.
