Facility Management

Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance coordination

Handling soft services including Housekeeping, cafeteria management etc.

Managing overall facilities operations and maintenance requirements

Inventory management – tracking actual usage, stock in hand and ordering to fulfill as per par stock

Reporting

Consolidating all purchase requirements and ensuring approval before raising PR

Following and complied billing process end to end

Coordinate with vendors, builders and respective stakeholders for bill recording, correcting and processing in timely manner

Ensuring invoices are booked in timely manner and payments are released as per payment terms

AMC contracts and rent agreement recording and timely intimation to ensure renewal well before end date

Tracking lease agreements and renewals

MIS recording





Tracking invoice processing

Stakeholder management

Tracking budget vs actuals

Creating MIS for management review and regular tracking

Educational qualifications

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification

•Additional certification in Office Management, or Administration (preferred)

•Work experience

Experience Requirements

•Minimum 4 years of proven experience as MIS executive, reporting profile

•Experience in facility management and coordination

•Experience in a corporate office or skilled services environment preferred

Communication & Technical Skills

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and regional language if applicable)

•Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
