FACETS Developer (Claims & Provider Modules)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced FACETS Developer with strong expertise in the Healthcare domain and hands-on experience in FACETS Claims and Provider modules. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in FACETS configuration, customization, and SQL Server development, with the ability to support enterprise healthcare applications and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and support solutions within the TriZetto FACETS platform.
- Work extensively on Claims and Provider modules, including enhancements, defect fixes, and production support.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into FACETS technical solutions.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects in SQL Server.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions.
- Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for FACETS applications.
- Participate in code reviews, system testing, deployment,



and release management activities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in software development with a solid focus on TriZetto FACETS.
- Hands-on experience in FACETS Claims and Provider modules.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server, including query optimization, stored procedures, and database design.
- Experience in FACETS configuration, customization, and production support.
- Strong understanding of the US Healthcare domain, including claims processing and provider management.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with EDI transactions (837, 835, 270/271, etc.).
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and payer systems.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to FACETS upgrades and implementation projects
