Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FACETS Lead Developer with strong expertise in the FACETS Healthcare Product and Microsoft SQL Server . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Claims and Provider modules, leading development activities, implementing enhancements, supporting integrations, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, customization, and enhancement of the FACETS healthcare platform.
- Develop and maintain solutions within the FACETS Claims and Provider modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical design and development solutions.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, and complex queries.
- Perform impact analysis, code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in application upgrades, enhancements,



and production deployments.
- Develop and support interfaces between FACETS and external healthcare applications.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and compliance with healthcare industry standards.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in FACETS application development.
- Robust expertise in FACETS Claims and Provider modules.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server development.
- Experience in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer business processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting production issues and providing application support.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with FACETS upgrades, customization, and implementation projects.
- Exposure to EDI transactions (837, 835, 270/271, 276/277).
- Knowledge of healthcare standards such as HIPAA and ICD/CPT coding.
- Experience with healthcare system integrations and APIs.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or TFS.
