Façade Designers with a passion for technical design, building envelope systems, and innovative façade solutions to join our growing team. This role offers an opportunity to work on a wide range of high-rise, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and institutional projects, contributing to façade design development, technical detailing, system coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration across all stages of design and construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop façade designs from concept through detailed design, ensuring alignment with the architectural vision, technical requirements, and project objectives.

- Prepare façade drawings, technical details, elevations, sections, schedules, and presentation material using industry-standard software.

- Assist in the selection, evaluation, and integration of façade materials and systems, considering aesthetics, performance, constructability, sustainability, and cost.

- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, manufacturers, specialist contractors, and internal project teams to develop coordinated façade solutions.

- Produce façade system details, mock-up drawings, fabrication support documentation, and design reports.

- Participate in design reviews, technical workshops, coordination meetings, and client presentations.

- Support façade performance studies relating to weatherproofing, thermal performance, acoustics, structural movement, fire safety, and maintenance access.

- Contribute to the preparation of design documentation during Concept Design (CD), Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), Tender, and Construction stages.

Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Façade Engineering, or a related discipline.





- 2–6 years of experience in façade design, architectural detailing, or building envelope consultancy (exceptional fresh graduates with robust technical skills may also be considered).

- Strong understanding of façade systems including curtain walls, unitized systems, windows, skylights, cladding, metalwork, stone, glass, and rainscreen assemblies.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

Experience with Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other 3D/BIM software will be an advantage.

- Positive understanding of construction detailing, materials, fabrication methods, and building envelope principles.

- Excellent graphical representation, technical documentation, and detailing skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare technical reports and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

- A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative environment.
