POSITION SUMMARY The SAP OTC/LE Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Logistics Execution (LE) solutions across the enterprise. This role serves as the technical-functional expert for SAP SD/OTC and LE, driving end-to-end solution architecture, business process transformation, and successful execution of strategic SAP initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution, strong solution architecture capabilities, and extensive experience delivering complex SAP S/4HANA implementations. This is a highly hands-on individual contributor role requiring technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of end-to-end solution delivery.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

SAP Solution Architecture & Design

- Lead solution architecture and design for SAP OTC and LE business processes.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable SAP solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Provide technical-functional leadership across SAP SD, LE, and integrated business processes.
- Define solution design principles, standards, and best practices for SAP OTC/LE implementations.
- Review and approve functional specifications, technical designs,



and integration approaches.

End-to-End SAP Delivery

- Lead end-to-end execution of SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.
- Drive solution design through blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare, and post-production support.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality SAP solutions while managing project risks and dependencies.
- Support SAP S/4HANA migration and digital transformation initiatives.
- Perform solution impact assessments for new business requirements.

Business Process Optimization

- Analyze existing OTC and logistics processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
- Recommend industry best practices and SAP standard capabilities to minimize custom developments.
- Drive global process harmonization across sales, logistics, shipping, billing, and customer service.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle.

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical guidance to SAP consultants and project teams.
- Review configuration quality and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing across teams.
- Participate in architecture governance and design review sessions.
- Collaborate closely with Basis, Development, Integration, Security, and Infrastructure teams.

SAP Support & Continuous Improvement

- Resolve complex production issues and provide Level 3 functional support.
- Lead root cause analysis for critical business incidents.
- Drive performance optimization and system stabilization initiatives.
- Support release management and regression testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, audit, and security standards.

REQUIRED SAP EXPERTISESAP Order-to-Cash (OTC): Robust expertise in Customer Master, Sales Order Management,



Pricing & Condition Technique, Credit Management, ATP/aATP, Delivery Processing, Billing & Invoicing, Returns, Intercompany Sales, Third-Party & Consignment Processing, Output Management, and EDI/IDoc integration. SAP Logistics Execution (LE): Hands-on experience with Shipping, Delivery Processing, Shipping Point & Route Determination, Picking, Packing, Goods Issue, Transportation Planning, Warehouse Integration, and Delivery Monitoring.

SAP S/4HANA: Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC capabilities, including Business Partner, Fiori Applications, Embedded Analytics, Output Management, Advanced ATP (aATP), and Condition Contract Management (preferred).

Cross-Functional Integration: Proven experience integrating SAP OTC/LE with MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, TM, and external systems using Middleware, APIs, ALE/IDocs, and Web Services.

Qualifications EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 10–13 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP SD/OTC and Logistics Execution.
- Minimum 3–4 end-to-end SAP implementation projects in ECC or S/4HANA (preferable) implementation or migration projects
- Experience in global template design and rollout programs.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale SAP solutions.
