Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat A leading real estate development company is looking for a qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
- Handle statutory audits and coordinate with auditors.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, financial planning, and cost control.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support management with financial analysis.
- Experience in real estate accounting and RERA compliance will be an added advantage.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
