- Knowledge on GCMS analysis, interpretation and trouble shooting.
- Knowledge on Aroma chemicals GC analysis, interpretation.
- Olfactory knowledge on the Fragrance and flavor Molecules.




- Knowledge on difference extraction techniques to extract the fragrance and flavor from different kinds of matrix.
