We are looking for a Sourcing Executive to manage vendor sourcing and procurement for corporate gifting and e-commerce requirements. The role involves identifying the right vendors, ensuring competitive pricing, and maintaining smooth supply for bulk and urgent orders while meeting quality and timeline expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all queries received from the sales team are addressed and closed on the same day with the most competitive pricing
- Source and onboard vendors for gifting products such as hampers, packaging materials, plants, and accessories
- Handle end-to-end procurement for corporate and e-commerce orders (RFQ to final delivery)
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, and payment terms to achieve cost optimization
- Coordinate with Sales, Category, and Warehouse teams for requirement planning and execution
- Ensure timely arrangement of stock for bulk and urgent corporate orders
- Follow up with vendors for dispatch, production, and quality checks
